Privacy
KERNE is a fictional flooring business, made by Mr. Brightside to show how a website, an instant reply and a back office work together. This page says what happens to the details you send through it.
What we keep
What you type into the price estimate: your name, email, phone number, the address of the floor, the floor itself (size, pattern, tone, extras) and your note. Nothing is kept while you only look around.
Why
To send you the estimate by email and text, and to show the same request in KERNE’s back office, as an owner would see it. The demo sends your estimate and up to two short follow-ups. Reply stop at any time and nothing more is sent.
Who sees it
Only you, through your own demo link, and Mr. Brightside, who runs the demo. The email goes out through Google, the texts through GatewayAPI, and the request is stored with Supabase. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
How long
We keep your details for 90 days to follow up on the demo, then delete them. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will.
Your rights
You may see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to support@mrbrightside.world. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
Cookies
None for tracking. The spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs only when you open the last step of the estimate.
